Southern Circuit By Road Safari (10 days)

The safari takes you to the wilderness for grand wildlife exploration. You will visit Amboseli National Park and Tsavo National Park and end your holiday at the coast. Watch the reef sharks, the Green and Hawksbill turtles. You can also tour the small rainforest park-Shimba Hills NP that has Mwalunganje Elephant Sanctuary. Another tourist hotspot in Diani is the Kisite-Mpunguti, a protected small island excellent for birdwatching, snorkeling, and diving. The indigenous people used the Shimono coral cave for worship.

Amboseli National Park is a prominent must-visit destination. It has a unique vibe with the picturesque backdrop of Mt Kilimanjaro. The park has five eccentric habitats- the wetlands, clear water springs, endless savannahs, Lake Amboseli, and acacia woodland- await your exploration. You will also spot the King of the jungle in his natural habitat. Lions roam freely and even climb trees which is an incredible once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Visit Tsavo West National Park, a dazzling scenery with diverse attractions near Chyulu Hills. Watch huge elephants bathing in the red-oxide soil. The park is home to the endangered Basra Reed Warbler and the corncrake. The splendid destination has idyllic game viewing opportunities in the world. Enjoy your exclusive game drive experience. The Big Five are present in this largest protected zone in the country.

Head to Tsavo East National Park once you are done exploring the Western region. The glamorous setting is home to large mammals like impressive elephants. The area is also famous for the legendary Man-Eaters of Tsavo. Together with Tsavo West, the park stretches over 20,000 square kilometers occupying 4% of the entire country. Tsavo East NP has higher biodiversity than any other destination. You can easily spot the wildlife in this arid and flat scenery. In the evening, spectate the sunset from the lovely rocky escarpment drinking your sundowner.

After a tremendous bush safari, we will head down to Diani. The beautiful rolling white sand beaches with flourishing marine life. The warm Indian Ocean encloses the award-winning destination. The crystal clear waters are idyllic for snorkeling. You can also choose to sunbathe, enjoying the cool breeze. DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Nairobi

Nairobi

On arrival, our member will pick you up from the airport and brief you on your safari. Explore the beautiful city of Nairobi. Enjoy some city excursions, i.e., a visit to the Nairobi Safari Walk, Giraffe Center, and the famous Karen Blixen Museum.

Day 2: Amboseli National Park

Amboseli Game Reserve

Early in the morning, you will leave for Amboseli National Park. An iconic destination with the dramatic scenery of Mount Kilimanjaro. Admire the striking herds of elephants and majestic hills, or take a balloon safari. Experience epic game-viewing opportunities on a safari drive. Day 3: Tsavo West National Park You will arrive at the park around lunchtime. Your driver will pick you up for an afternoon safari drive. You can spot Mt Kilimanjaro or the threatened black rhino at Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary. Visit the Poachers Lookout, an area with excellent vantage points. Here you will enjoy your sundowners admiring the wildlife. At Mzima Springs, have a glimpse of lethal crocodiles and hippos. Breakfast will be served near the water hole, and lunch will be under the tree shades.

Day 4-5: Tsavo East National Park

Watch elephants quench their thirst at Mudanda Rock. Enjoy rock climbing, game driving, birdwatching, hiking, and bushwalking. Witness the global longest lava flow, Yatta Plateau, which extends to 180 miles. Indulge in the morning and evening safari drive. Alternatively, you can take a picnic under the breathtaking tamarind trees overlooking the streams.

Day 6 - 9: Diani Beach

Hit the road to Kenya's coastal region and unwind at the Mombasa sandy beaches. This is an eminent water sports destination in the region. Depending on your preferences and skill experience, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet-skiing, scuba diving, or windsurfing. Other activities to partake in include; deep sea fishing, sky diving, and glass boat trip. You sail on the glass boat admiring the colorful fish under the water while staying dry.

Day 10: Departure

Nairobi

After breakfast, you will leave for Moi International Airport. You will then connect with your flight back home. Carry sweet memories, and we hope to see you again.
