7 Days Maasai Mara Safari and Diani Beach Excursion

In this week’s trip, you’ll visit Kenya’s most popular locations; the Masai Mara and Diani beaches. The journey takes you deep into the tropical savanna grassland. DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival

A distinguished driver will pick you up from the Airport. They will drive you to Maasai Mara National Reserve through the Kenyan terrain. Arrive in time for some sumptuous lunch cuisines. Check your luxurious camp or lodge before heading for a joint afternoon game safari. Head back later for dinner and a night's sleep.

After serving your continental breakfast, head out for a full-day game drive. Spot the big five, antelopes, zebras, and gazelles. Also, pay homage to the Mara River for the glorious watching of the great wildebeest and zebra migration. Stop at noon for a packed lunch. Then continue with your evening panoramic adventures. Remember to take a photo of the sun bathing the Kilimanjaro glacial walls with sparkly glitters and the Mara Plain with a gleeful aura. After the drive, retire back to your lodge for a three-course dinner, late night catching up with fellow guests, and a goodnight's sleep.

Day 3: Lake Naivasha

Have your last breakfast at the Mara. Check out some curio shops serving you authentic traditional pieces of art, which serve as souvenirs to recall the magical moments in the Mara. Afterwards, head out for a quick drive to Lake Naivasha. Take time to ingest all the enchanting landscapes and desirable vegetation from the Great Rift Valley Escarpment, Mt Longonot, and even snippets of the wild game grazing on the sides. Your arrival is expected to be on schedule for freshly fried fish from the lake and traditional stew and brew.

After lunch, check in to your deluxe hotel before breaking camp for a boat ride into the vast and beaming splendor of Crescent Island. Watch giraffes to the extensive birdlife present amongst other species. Return to your camp for dinner and a night's rest.

Day 4: Travel to Diani Beach

After enjoying breakfast, pack up and head straight for a local flight south to the sandy beaches of Mombasa. The coastal labyrinth is beyond fathom, given the crispy sand terrains bordering the wavy ocean suitable for scuba diving, and deep sea diving, among others. Alight for late lunch before heading out for a boat ride on the glistening waters of the Indian Ocean or relaxing in your accommodation.

Day 5-6: Diani Beach

Enjoy some cheerfully bountiful breakfast in the comfort of your residence. There are many activities to participate in, such as scuba diving, snorkeling, dhow tours, and beach sunbathing. Also, pay homage to some historical monuments, such as Fort Jesus and the Vasco da Gama pillar, dating back to the colonial period. Carry along packed lunch during this tour, but get back to your lodge for dinner and sleep.

Day 7: Departure

Enthrall yourself in the sumptuous culinary hotels, the pristine wildlife, and the vegetation. Catch a flight to Nairobi, then be transferred by road to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your outbound return flight back home
